In the event that You are an Excluded Player but do manage to open an account with Us (other than with our consent), We shall be entitled to close Your Account at Our absolute discretion and without notice, seize any Deposit Funds, and any winnings by You shall not be Legitimate Winnings. We undertake checks and have third party verification and fraud management companies undertake checks on our behalf to prevent Excluded Players re-registering with Us and to prevent players attempting to use fictitious names to open an account with Us. In the event that You use a fictitious name to open an account, We shall be entitled to close Your Account at Our absolute discretion and without notice, seize any Deposit Funds, and any winnings by You will not be Legitimate Winnings.
• 18、You will not allow any other person or third party to use Your Account. You are solely responsible for all use of the Gaming Platform and the Services through Your Account and/or Your contact details and/or Your security details. Unless caused by Our negligence, any unauthorised use of Your Account and/or Your contact details and/or Your security details will be Your sole responsibility and deemed to be Your use. • 19、If You do not use Your Account to place any Bets for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, Your Account will be deemed inactive (“Inactive Account”). An Inactive Account will be charged an administration fee (“Inactive Account Fee”) in an amount of five (5) Euros (or currency equivalent) or five (5) per cent of the balance in the Inactive Account on the date it became an Inactive Account (whichever amount is the greater) and on the first day of every following calendar month. The Inactive Account Fee will be deducted from the Inactive Account until the earlier of: (a) the Inactive Account balance being reduced to zero; or (b) the Inactive Account being reactivated by You by using the Inactive Account to place Bets. In each of situation (a) and (b) as noted in this Clause 5.19, the Inactive Account Fee shall cease to be deducted. We reserve the right to close an Inactive Account with a balance reduced to zero for a consecutive period of six (6) months.
• 20、We may cancel Your Account and/or these Terms and Conditions with You on giving thirty (30) days’ notice to You.
• 21、We may suspend or cancel Your Account on giving you one (1) days’ notice if You breach any of the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
• 22、We may suspend or cancel Your Account immediately without notice at Our absolute discretion if:
  (a) there is activity on Your Account or by You that We consider illegal in (TBD) or any other jurisdiction;
  (b) We suspect manipulation of, or insider dealing on, the underlying markets on which Bets are placed by You or any other Player;
  (c) there is any other action by You that We consider is prejudicial to Our bona fide interests;
  (d) We determine that We will stop offering the Services in the jurisdiction in which You reside.
• 23、The expiry, suspension or termination of Your Account or termination of these Terms and Conditions with You for any reason will not affect:
  (a) any rights, obligations and/or liabilities accrued before the date of suspension, termination or expiry; or
  (b) any rights, obligations and/or liabilities expressed to continue in force after and despite suspension, expiry or termination.
• 24、We hold customer funds separate from company funds in a mixture of bank accounts.

1. DEPOSIT FUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS

• 1、We reserve the right not to open an account for You without having to provide any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to refuse/reject and suspend without prior notification any Player who is suspected of cheating, fraud, hacking, attacking, manipulating, or damaging Our normal online operations, including the Gaming Platform.
• 2、You cannot place a Bet until there are cleared funds in Your Account. Deposit Funds together with any Legitimate Winnings due to You (collectively “Your Funds”) will be held in Your Account by Us on Your behalf. • 4、For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that You have breached any of these Terms and Conditions any winnings won by You shall not be Legitimate Winnings and therefore We have no obligation under contract or otherwise to pay such to You.
• 5、Withdrawals, including withdrawals of Legitimate Winnings, are subject to any Bonus Restrictions and Security Reviews.
• 6、We are entitled to withhold any Winning, including Legitimate Winnings, in the event that we reasonably determine that there has been any fraud in relation to such.
• 7、We are entitled to withhold Legitimate Winnings in the event that we are required to do such under Applicable Law.
• 8、You have the responsibility for checking any winnings due to You against your Account Statement and prior to starting a new betting session in which You place Bets (“Betting Session”). If You suspect any errors, you must report such immediately by emailing Our customer services team at support@96.com before participating in the next or another Betting Session. Failure to do so will result in You waiving Your right to raise future disputes.

• 9、Subject to the Minimum Withdrawal, the Maximum Withdrawal and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, you can request withdrawals of Your Funds at any time provided all Deposit Funds paid into Your Account by You have been received by Us as cleared funds and provided that We are satisfied that any winnings claimed by You are Legitimate Winnings. Withdrawal of your funds (total or partial) can only be made in the same currency as the original deposits made into your account.
• 10、The minimum withdrawal You can make from Your Account (“Minimum Withdrawal”) is ten (10) Euros or USD (or currency equivalent chosen by You under the terms of Clause 5.3). The maximum withdrawal You can make from Your Account (“Maximum Withdrawal”) in aggregate over a twenty-four (24) hour period is two thousand (2,000) Euros or USD (or currency equivalent chosen by You under the terms of Clause 5.3). Requests for withdrawals in excess of the Maximum Withdrawal are at Our absolute discretion and should be sent to Our customer services at support@96.com.Any withdrawal below 100 EUR or USD will have a 2 EUR/USD fee applied. The minimum withdrawal in USDT is 50 and a fee of 20 USDT will be applied to all USDT withdrawals.

• 11、We are entitled to refuse to accept any deposit of Deposit Funds into Your Account. You acknowledge that when using credit or debit cards or e-wallet providers to make a deposit of Deposit Funds into Your Account, it may take up to five (5) days for such deposit to reach Your Account, although they will normally be received much faster.
• 12、You can cancel Your Account at any time however if You do cancel Your Account, you must stop using the Gaming Platform.
• 13、The suspension or cancellation of Your Account will not affect either party's statutory rights or liabilities.
• 14、You may open only one account with Us.

1. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND FAILED DEPOSITS

• 1、If, in Our sole determination, You are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud Us including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or manipulation of the multi-currency facilities, or if We suspect You of fraudulent payment, including use of stolen debit or credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including but not limited to any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including but not limited to money laundering) or if Your deposits failed to be honoured by Your bank for any reason, We reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or close Your Account and recover bad debts using whichever method may lawfully be available to Us.
• 2、We reserve the right to void and withhold any or all winnings made by any person or group of persons where We have reasonable grounds to believe that said person or group of persons is acting or has acted in liaison in an attempt to defraud or damage Us in any way.
• 3、The use of artificial intelligence or “bots” on the Gaming Platform is strictly forbidden. Likewise, any application that uses any or all of the data contained on the Gaming Platform for purposes (including but not limited to commercial purposes) other than participating in the Gaming Platform is prohibited. We will take measures to prevent and detect the use of programs that are designed to enable artificial intelligence to utilise or benefit from the data contained on the Gaming Platform. Any attempted or actual use of artificial intelligence by You will lead to termination of Your Account without notice by Us.

1. THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

• 1、To place funds into Your Account, you will be required to use the services of third-party service providers including e-wallet providers, electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions (each a “Third Party Provider”). We will also be required to use the services of Third-Party Providers to pay Your Funds to You. You hereby authorise Us to instruct Third Party Providers to handle deposits and withdrawals into Your Account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You will be required to enter into separate terms and conditions with the Third-Party Provider regarding services the Third-Party Provider will supply to You in connection with Your Account (“Third Party Terms and Conditions”). We are not a party to the Third-Party Terms and Conditions.
• 2、Should winnings be credited to or debited from Your Account in error, it is Your responsibility to notify Us of the error without delay (and in any event no later than twenty four (24) hours from becoming aware of the error or from when You could reasonably be deemed to have become aware of the error) in order for the sum to be repaid by You to Us and rectified in accordance with a reconciliation of the amount processed. Any winnings credited to You due to the error will be deemed invalid, are not available to place as a Bet and We reserve the right to void any transaction involving such winnings. If You believe that the amounts displayed in Your Account do not accord with the amount processed through the Third-Party Provider, you should address this issue with the Third Party Provider. Any winnings credited to or debited from Your Account in error remain Our property and shall be repaid to Us immediately.
• 3、We have no liability for any acts or omissions of any Third-Party Provider.

1. RIGHT TO USE

• 1、In the event that You are required to download and install software to use the Gaming Platform for which We irrevocably hold the intellectual property, we grant to You a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the software required for Your use of the Gaming Platform on Your Device (the “Software”). • 2、The Site, Gaming Platform, the Software and all pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text and live feeds and all other intellectual property rights on and in and to the Site, Gaming Platform, the Services and the Software are and will remain Our exclusive property or the exclusive property of Our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and shall not be reproduced without Our prior written consent.
• 3、You have no rights to use any trademarks, trading names or the like used on the Gaming Platform and all rights in and to the same are Our exclusive property or those of Our licensors.
• 4、Except as permitted by these Terms and Conditions, You may not (other than as permitted by law) copy, use, modify, create derivative works from or distribute the Software or written materials associated with the Gaming Platform, decode, reverse engineer, dissemble, decompile or otherwise translate or convert the Software or any part of it or transfer, loan, lease, assign, rent or otherwise sublicense the Software or do any of the above to any copy, adaptation, transcription, or merged portion of the Software. 1. PAYMENT AND SECURITY

• 1、To maintain a high level of security to protect Your Account, we perform random Security Reviews. You hereby accept that We maintain the right to obtain additional documentation or request electronic or other verification from adequate Third parties in order to verify Your identity in the event of such a Security Review. Where We fail to obtain such additional documentation to Our reasonable satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel Your Account without notice at Our absolute discretion.
• 2、Legitimate Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.
• 3、Unless, otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, no Bet can be cancelled once confirmed by Us. We reserve the right to refuse any Bet.
• 4、No Bet can be placed unless You have a sufficient balance on Your Account. You will not be given any credit.

1. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING PROVISIONS

• 1、We will only place winnings into the Account of the Player that placed the winning Bet and once the winning Player has identified himself/herself and verified the same to Our reasonable satisfaction.
• 2、We reserve the right, at Our discretion, (acting reasonably) to suspend payment of Legitimate Winnings, pending a full investigation (including providing details to the relevant law enforcement agency where appropriate), where We suspect that winnings have been credited, and are attempted to be withdrawn, by a Player for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud. An example of where this might occur includes where a Player has credited his account with a substantial sum and then the Player attempts to withdraw sums from its account having only conducted minimal betting activity on the Gaming Platform. Full payment of Legitimate Winnings will be made to the Player where the investigation reveals no evidence of money laundering or terrorist financing or fraud (as relevant).

1. BETS

• 1、In making a Bet, you will determine the amount of Your own Bet, subject, to the following:
  (a) the restrictions on Bets set out in these Terms and Conditions;
  (b) the minimum and maximum amount of any Bet as set by Us prom time to time.
• 2、In the event that You give Us instructions which We consider ambiguous, we will be entitled to treat the entire Bet as void. In such circumstances, our decision will be final and binding.

• 4、If a Bet is not made in full or if details of it are missing, we may, at Our discretion, deem such Bet to be void.
• 5、Subject to limits on the value of Bets, you may send multiple copies of the same Bet in which case all such Bets shall be treated as separate Bets. If You submit a number of Bets (whether identical or different), they shall be dealt with by Us in the order in which they are received.
• 6、You must make Bets as an individual. We will be entitled to reject and treat as void a series of identical Bets from different Players or where We suspect that Players are acting in collusion or as a syndicate and We will be entitled to refuse payment of any winnings (including Legitimate Winnings) in this event.
• 7、In making a Bet, You represent and warrant to Us that You do not know or have any influence over the outcome of the event or game in respect of which the Bet is made, otherwise We may treat Your Bet as void.
• 8、In order to make a Bet, there must be available amounts in Your Account equal to or exceeding the amount of the Bet. If the amounts in Your Account do not cover the aggregate Bets wagered at any one time, We will refuse the Bets. In these circumstances, You must limit Your Bets to Your available sums or re-credit Your Account through the Third Party Provider before You can place the Bets in full.
• 9、Where a manifest error (whether caused by human error or otherwise) or systems failure results in incorrect or erroneous results or the bet not being placed any Bet (or part of a Bet) made will be void, any amount placed as a Bet will be returned to You and no winnings will be due in respect of such and such shall not be deemed to be Legitimate Winnings.
• 10、Where a Bet is settled incorrectly due to, for example, an erroneous result being recorded on the Gaming Platform, such settlement will be invalid and reversed by Us. If You have insufficient funds in Your Account to permit such a reversal, You will be required to return the erroneously credited sums to Us forthwith.
• 11、We may, at any time, at Our absolute discretion and without giving any reason or advance notice, suspend betting on the Gaming Platform, refuse to accept any Bet or any part of a Bet.

1. PLACING A BET

• 2、Disputes should be referred to us as soon as possible and not later than seven (7) days after the incident relating to the relevant dispute.

1. NOTICES

1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

  (f) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
  (g) delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery service or by the banking system;
  (h) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or Our regulator;
  (i) failure of any telecommunications system.
• 3Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and We will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use Our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which Our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
